2025–26 Annual Report is now available
The Burnaby Division of Family Practice is pleased to share its 2025–26 Annual Report, along with our new Year in Review.
The Annual Report provides a comprehensive look at the Division’s work over the past year, including messages from our Board Chair and Executive Director and progress across our three strategic priorities:
- Increasing direct, hands-on support for practices
- Strengthening the Division’s effectiveness
- Expanding recruitment supports
The report includes our work to support patient attachment and panel management, strengthen team-based care, create opportunities for connection and learning, support priority populations, and help physicians establish and sustain practices in Burnaby.
The 2025–26 PCN Highlights Report is also now available. The PCN Highlights take a closer look at the partnerships, services, and initiatives shaping Burnaby’s Primary Care Network, while the new Year in Review offers a concise, visual overview of key stories, milestones and numbers from across the Division.
These publications reflect the contributions of the primary care providers, allied health clinicians, staff, and partners working to strengthen primary care in Burnaby.
