About the Long-term Care Initiative
The Long-Term Care Initiative (LTCI) is a province-wide program developed by the Ministry of Health to improve care in long-term care homes across B.C.
In Burnaby, the Division has been leading this work since 2016—supporting a robust network of long-term care physicians supported with resources, training, and guidance to improve care for residents in Burnaby’s care homes.
